Farida started her career in the banking industry and was simultaneously volunteering in the social sector. In 2002 she decided to dedicate her entire time to the social sector and joined a reputed NGO working in the education sector. She started with the NGO as an English teacher and in a few years she was managing 10 centres for the NGO.

She founded 'WE FOR YOU CHARITABLE TRUST' focused on educating underprivileged students. With her immense passion and leadership qualities she dreams of growing the NGO's influence and impacting the lives of many more students.

Maria worked in a private firm in Dubai after completing her studies in commerce from SNDT College, Mumbai. She has over 12 years of experience teaching English to under privileged children. Her passion and dedication have helped a lot of children understand and master the English language.

Maria also actively participates in a number of activities in her local church and helps people in old age homes and orphanages.

A commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Mustafa embraces the qualities of generosity, compassion and the true spirit of Socialism. With his motivation, a lot of like-minded humanitarians have come together in support of various social causes.

Apart from 'WE FOR YOU CHARITABLE TRUST', he has been a silent supporter of many other NGOs.

Tasleem is a commerce graduate and is concurrently teaching Mathematics to secondary school students.

She aims to complete her MCom, CA and CS exams. While continuing her studies she decided to work as a teacher. Her knowledge in the subject to helps the children to understand basic math concepts easily.

Vijay Kamarkar who has a degree in Science and a Masters in law has been a social activist for the last 25 + years. Having experience in the Pharmaceutical industry he is currently a Director of a renowned education institute in Mumbai and a board member of Vaishya Corporative Bank.

His mission is to provide high quality education to the economically backward students. He spent six years helping primary students in Sudhedar Wada school, Kalyan. Aiming to make a difference in the field of education, he has done extensive work for the upliftment of the down trodden.

Manisha has a BA degree from SIES, Mumbai. She has over ten years experience working in NGOs teaching children English.

Due to her calm and patient nature, her primary class students love her classes and now they have a growing interest in the language with a desire to improve each day.

Dipmala decided to join a NGO soon after completing her BA in economics. She had a passion for teaching since a young age. Currently she teaches primary school students Mathematics. Her fondness for numbers has helped many children understand and get more involved in the subject.

She believes in employing activity-based teaching methodology and has done so with great success with her students.

Neeta joined 'We For You Charitable Turst', after studying in Ruparel college of Arts and spending a few years working in another NGO. Other than having a keen interest in teaching arts, she started helping the children out in English and Math.

She is much adored and popular amongst her students as she regularly plays games during her classes.

Karuna stated her career with an architecture firm. She then started her own tuition classes to teach English, Marathi and Hindi to primary class students. In order to contribute to society betterment, she decided join a reputed NGO to teach the underprivileged.

Karuna has completed basic yoga course from Swami Vivekanand Institude, Dadar. At 'WE FOR YOU CHARITABLE TRUST' she teaches Yoga to the students who eagerly look forward to her classes.

While completing his Commerce in SIWS College, he took part in many inter – college drama and dance productions. Acting in Marathi serials like Ajunahi Chandarat Aahe, Laksh etc and a couple of Marathi movies like Amhi Satpute, He started his own Swananda Theatre where he acts in plays written, directed and produced by him.

His love for children gave him the inspiration to work for the NGO in hopes of helping the children discover their inner artistic talent by teaching them dance and music.
